High-Tech Institute in Irving, Texas, has been renamed Anthem College, as Anthem Education Group finalizes its transition to unify its family of 23 schools located nationwide.
"Anthem Education Group is a family of schools, offering similar programs in multiple markets, and as a family, our schools should have a transparent name for all members," said Joe P. Mehlmann, president of Anthem College--Irving. "With academic programs focused in health-care fields, our old name no longer reflected who we were as an educational institution."
Established in 2000, Anthem College--Irving, located at 4250 North Beltline Road in Irving, offers diploma programs in Dental Assistant, Basic Massage Therapy, Medical Assistant, Medical Billing & Coding, Pharmacy Technician and Surgical Technologist.
"As Anthem College, we remain dedicated to graduating career-focused professionals whose skills match the needs of today's employers," said Mehlmann. "By offering a blended learning experience that couples coursework with real-world work environments, Anthem College ensures that our students who come prepared to learn will leave prepared to succeed."
