Guasha, myofascial release and reiki I and II offered at Brookfield campus.
Brookfield, WI (PRWEB) March 29, 2012. Anthem College in Brookfield, Wisconsin, is now offering short courses in guasha, reiki and myofascial release massage therapy modalities.
Guasha, an ancient modality from East Asia, will be taught May 5 and Sept. 8. Myofasical release, used to treat chronic pain, will be taught in a single two-day session May 19 and 20. Reiki I will be taught in single-day sessions April 7, June 2, Aug. 4 and Oct. 6. Reiki is a Japanese stress reduction and relaxation technique. Reiki II will also be taught in single-day sessions June 9, Aug. 11 and Oct. 13. Reiki I is a prerequisite for this course
